It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rebecca Lynne Grundy, a devoted daughter, sister, fiancée, and dedicated public servant, who peacefully passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 35.
Rebecca was a highly respected lobbyist for the Government of Ontario and a skilled professional in public relations and communications. Her tireless efforts to drive meaningful change and bring people together have left a lasting impact on her community.
Beyond her professional achievements, Rebecca was a vibrant and multi-faceted individual who lived life with passion and purpose. A lifelong synchronized swimmer, wellness enthusiast, and nature lover, she embodied a unique blend of discipline, creativity, and joy.
Rebecca’s courageous battle with brain cancer was marked by her inspiring words, profound hope, and unwavering wisdom. Her legacy will continue to inspire and motivate those who knew her.
She is survived by her loving family, including her parents Angela and Kevin Grundy, siblings Christina and Kristoffer Pageau, fiancé Tano De Luca, and dog Cardi.
