RHODE ISLAND COMMUNITY SHOCKED BY DOMESTIC INCIDENT LEAVING FOUR DEAD, INCLUDING HEAVILY PREGNANT MOTHER
West Greenwich, Rhode Island – A devastating domestic incident has shaken the community of West Greenwich, Rhode Island, leaving four people dead, including a heavily pregnant mother of two.
39-year-old Danielle Arruda, an escrow officer and closing paralegal at Marinosci Law Group, was identified as the victim. She was eight months pregnant and found dead inside her home on Cheyenne Trail, along with her 2- and 5-year-old children.
The incident came to light when Arruda failed to show up for work, prompting a welfare check at her home. Police discovered the bodies, and a medical examiner was called to the scene.
According to West Greenwich Police Chief Richard Ramsay, the victims appeared to have died from gunshot wounds. However, authorities are not seeking any suspects at this time.
The community is in shock, and an investigation is ongoing. The Rhode Island State Police Mobile Crime Laboratory was deployed to the scene, and investigators are working to piece together the events surrounding the tragic incident.
