Austin Woman to be Taken Off Life Support After ATV Accident
A 25-year-old Austin woman, Carson Dickson, is set to be taken off life support on Saturday after weeks of battling life-threatening injuries sustained in an ATV accident during the holiday season.

The accident left Carson critically injured, and she was airlifted to a trauma hospital, where she underwent extensive medical treatment. Despite efforts to save her, she was declared brain dead and placed on life support.

Carson’s family, including her sister Vicki Dickson, had been requesting prayers from the community, holding onto hope for a miracle. In an emotional social media post, Vicki wrote:

“We are releasing our sweet girl to Jesus. We have exhausted all medical intervention and left no stone unturned for her. Through so much prayer, we know Carson is ready to go home.”
